Perla Lichi is a thief just like the other lady described. She did not deliver on bedroom suit that cost over $20,000. She did not refund my $5000 on another bedroom suit plus $500 on draperies. I could go on and on. Probably the worst thing that ever happened to me. Run if you can. Her rating with the zero.

Perla is the most remarkable interior decorator I have ever met. She has personally renovated over 20 condominiums units, high rise lobbies, religious institutions and homes that I have witnessed before and after. She creates incredible value add to the properties she does work in. I have been involved in the sales of her renovated properties and they continue to exceed the market prices time after time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for renovating their property with the idea in mind that the value will continue to increase over time.

When I decided to remodel my home, I did not fully realize the extent of such an undertaking. My main considerations were a budget and whether to work with an interior designer. Wow - Perla Lichi is amazing - I was referred by a friend Z, who's house is absolutely beautiful - very classical but splashed with color. I was skeptical as this is not my style (I'm more of a modern/Miami chic look), but Z insisted - and was right! Perla is full of energy and fun to work with - and certainly gives you the personal touch. She took me to her east showroom - and had exactly what I needed for my beach condo and worked with my budget ($40K) - she even applied the design fee toward furniture and accessories. I now have a stylish place that is fun, beautiful and practical

Perla is the best interior designer period. She is a true professional that really knows her business. Her staff super efficient and accommodating. If you want a home furnished with cheap Amazon crap then do it yourself! She only uses the best in high end furnishings to make your home feel like your Palace. Why would anyone want to hire a luxury interior designer if they want to furnish their house with cheap Chinese furnishings. I will never understand!

Perla Lichi is a manipulative thief. I read a negative review on her and her company that was almost identical to my personal situation with her. We were a smaller scale project for her. She was happy to take our design fee of $6,000 and pretend to make 50% of it a "credit" towards our furniture purchases. From the first conversation she promised me she could get the best pricing on furniture because she doesn't go to websites like Wayfair, Houzz, etc. she said she gets products straight from the manufacturer. Then why was her proposal for each furniture item LITERALLY over 100%
