We offer a number of things for packing and moving such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies. We are Penelope Mitsuyuki and Yvonne Lau, owners of SunnWorks Hawaii, Inc. We've been in business for forty years and have had our share of experience concerning storage facilities. We have been located in Dillingham Blvd.
Self Storage for the past 3 years and it has been the BEST rental experience we have had! One of the features which attracted us to Dillingham Storage was its prime location in Honolulu. It's situated in the middle of the city so travel time is cut down when it comes to going to your unit to pick up equipment.
Also, it's easy for clients to find you when they realize you are located near Costco and across the street from Honolulu Community College! Parking is available to visitors and they don't have to circle the block to find a space! There is a conference room available if meetings or private transactions are scheduled and a simple reservation is all it takes.

This is a long overdue review. I have had 2 units here since around 2011 and also had a 3rd for a short time. The facilities are always well maintained, super clean and secure. I have never seen any bugs, spiders or B52 cockroaches. I have used other storage facilities before and this one goes far above and beyond what is expected. Nanette and the staff treat you like family and personify the true aloha spirit.

They have services for storage, vehicles for rent to help with your move, internet for clients at great rates and many more. Secured location, your code will allow you to enter the premises and only to the floor you rent.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. I have been with them for around 10 years! They're great!

The staff here are predominantly female. And they have soft hearts, caring attitudes, they interact with you as a customer and not a number. Their service is above and beyond excellent, the facility is very very clean. Hand sanitizer provided in various areas throughout the facility. Secure facility, and reasonable rates.

It's been years since I was at their location and used them to rent a vehicle. I was happy to see the same two women still worked there. also still laughing and smiling. Kim and Tiana are amazing. One of them even remembered me and asked arent you the one who rated us a few years ago, I said yes. If you need storage or truck rental this is the place to go with amazing staff and very clean facility.

Mahalo to Dillingham Self Storage for the free lunch bentos! So nice and so appreciated! The bento was very good! The barbq meat was onolicious soft and the chicken katsu was very well seasoned! Thank you so much to you all for your ALOHA during this covidcation lockdown. I really wasn't expecting this today and this act of kindness and aloha truly is appreciated and warms the heart! Mahalo!

Been a long time customer of Dillingham Self-Storage and the service staff & facilities were second to none! It met our family’s every need in storing our household goods.
We surrendered our unit about 4 years ago, not due to displeasure, but rather, because they fulfilled our needs very professionally, securely & courteously!

Printing Services came in clutch!
It is not advertised but they have a couple of computers that customers can use to print.
$1.00 = computer use charge
.06 = black & white
.20 = color
My printing experience was pretty straight up & very easy. I was missing some documents in the process of renewing my license & this place was right next to Satellite City Hall.

Great service and clean facilities. When you have a lot of stuff like I do and need to clear out space, this is the place to go. Their rental van is clean and spacious. Here's a tip: press the elevator up button and then wait for the door to open and then punch in your code. You have a time limit to push the elevator floor number.

I go to Costco and noticed the HUGE sectional sofa I've been eyeing up for months has gone on sale; last 2, only one left in the box. I HAVE TO HAVE IT!! My husband and I recently started renting out a storage unit here. Although we pay a little more than our previous storage unit, it was worth the switch. The reason why we chose to change from our previous storage unit was primarily because of the hours and location. At our previous storage unit there were a lot of bums in the area and it was always hard to access our storage during the weekday because they closed so early. Dillingham Self Storage is just 5 minutes from where we live and they are open till 9p.m. They are awesome here… Great customer service, there's A.C., the building is well

Easy reservations over the phone, fast pickup, friendly service.
When I got there to pick up my u-haul, I realized the van I had reserved would not be big enough. They had one 10x15 available and they were able to switch it out with no problem. The lady at the counter was busy juggling walk-in customers and incoming calls, but she was very friendly and efficient.
I didn't expect to have such a memorable experience at a u-haul rental facility but I left feeling really good about the location I chose to pick up from.
The facility is very clean and parking was readily available. Highly recommend

Only one way to explain this place....Amazing!! They care for there customers and there customers belongings. This is the only storage I've ever used in my life and they set the standard that will be very difficult to beat! I'll always go to them if ever I need to store anything again. I felt comfortable leaving my entire life's belongings in their climate controlled secured facility. Customer service at its finest!!

I called in and asked for a 10 x 10. They didn't have any and only had 5 x 10 or 10 x 15. The former being to small, the later being too big (and too pricey for what I needed).
The very nice girl told me she'd look into it and call me back. When she did, she said she found me two 5 x 10 unites right next to each other, but would give it to me for the price of one 10 x 10! They totally did not have to do that, but I thought it was a very professional and gracious offer, which I took!
The girls who work there are very friendly, helpful, and professional.
The facility is SUPER CLEAN

This is a self storage facility, with the best customer service ever!!! What can I say, they sent me a birthday card! The customer service is great, they will show you the various units available for rent, the facility is clean, they have carts you can use for free, security cameras throughout the facility, they will even accept your mail for you!
