Have just begun grid operations with new system Suntegrity installed. They are nice people to work with. I particularly like storage batteries are not Li-cobalt and that the system performance is continuously available and easily interpreted on the phone app. This is my third complete system (in 3 different Sonoma County homes) within the last ~16 years, and it promises to be the best.

Keith was so professional and prepared for our first meeting to discuss the possibility of a solar system on a house we were rebuilding after the Tubbs fire. My husband and I contacted 3 different solar companies and chose Suntegrity. Most solar companies wanted to just put solar panels on your roof and leave. After talking about options - Keith engineered a ground system that is invisible at nearly the same price as what the other companies wanted to put on the roof. This system gave us exactly what we wanted. They are true professionals! Keith and his crew were 100% on top of it every day. After completion they took care of the extra PG&E stuff needed all the way thru final sign-off. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process

I contacted 5 solar companies and I have to say most were very uneducated about solar installations. I had responses ranging from, "We can only put up 9 panels -why? "Because you don't have enough south facing roof." to "Oh, we can't install on your roof because you don't have an attic." When I contacted Kreutzfeld construction (Suntegrity) They immediately said, " We have a lot of possibilities, let me come out and look over your roof and I'll give you all your options." They weren't the cheapest, but the components used were the latest and some of the best on the market. Some other local companies had offered to install years old technology for a lot cheaper.
Communication was excellent throughout. They even started our project

I contacted six PV companies for a solar roof project, but Suntegrity was easily the most compelling choice to do our project. We were able to participate in the design, and Alan Christie answered all our questions professionally and promptly. Alan also provided the necessary advice and consultation for a 4.5 kWh PV system that would meet our needs now and into the future. My concern over the roof penetrations evaporated after Alan explained and provided the material specifications. After soliciting bids from three potential solar installers, in May 2019 we selected Suntegrity to install a 7.3kW roof-mounted PV array on the basis of speed of response, clarity of communication, technical competency and pricing competitiveness. Suntegrity's performance during installation reflected those same attributes. They completed the installation ahead of schedule, with first-class build quality and excellent attention to detail. Our experience - from initial contact to operational installation - was first-rate. I would not hesitate to select them for similar work in future.

I was initially a bit skeptical about solar, i.e., did it really make economic sense. The short answer, for me, is "it sure does". Keith and his entire team were great to work worth. No bs, but solid, unassuming people who answered every question in a straightforward manner. It is so nice to be able to deal with a local company with a solid track record and with people who appear to genuinely care about what they're doing. The cost/benefit analysis was clear and concise and made the decision quite easy to "go with solar" and to go with Suntegrity.

Working with RePower was an incredible experience for me. I had them install a 48 panel ground mount system earlier this year (April 2017). I had four different vendors bid on my work and none of the other vendors came close to the knowledge they shared and the guidance they gave me. A major installation like this is never simple but they executed their plans exactly as they described them and kept me in the loop the entire time. Our site was complicated due to the hill and ground type. They complained constantly about the site and its issues. Ever time the guys came to the site they either forgot some equipment or had to come back again. They seemed unorganized and that they really didn't want my business. The head of the company even told me that my site was so complicated that they wish they didn't have to do it. They wanted me to get a contractor to do

Great folks to work with. Provided options and pricing that were extremely competitive. I did not want the cookie-cutter installation and RePower was willing to go with my custom designed system and a price that I could not beat elsewhere. RePower did a solar system on my Bodega Bay vacation home in Dec 2015.
They were extremely professional throughout the process and even volunteered to attend my HOA meeting to help push back on a neighbor and answering questions.
Very clean and high performance installation.
Due to their affiliation with Solar Universe they were very price competitive.
I would certainly recommend them to folks in Sonoma county.

My husband researched several companies and we met with them but after meeting with Alan from Solar Universe we were sold! He did a great job explaining the process and how to best set up our solar for our home. There was not a hard sell and we didn't feel any pressure. The whole process was very simple and in only a few weeks we had our solar installed. I am so glad I picked Solar Universe, I set up 3 quotes and Solar Universe wasn't the cheapest but the customer service I received from the Sales Rep, Alan Christie was outstanding, he explain step by step and the workers were so professionals. They passed my expectations and will recommended them to all my friends and family.
