We bought a home from Century Communities and closed November 22, 2021 in the Craig's Ranch development. Every thing went well and in good faith we closed on the house with the verbal condition the corrections would be completed under the contractors warranty.
To our dismay the construction and workmanship is lacking with promises to repair and correct.
At closing we were to receive a monitor for the kitchen to plug into the internet outlet. We have not received it yet and people down the street have theirs already. This is a not a good practice and buyers need to be treated

Hurrah! As of today, all of my issues have been resolved except for the cover for the exhaust fan above my stove, and I have been in touch with the company that will handle that as soon as they come in (back-ordered).

I am currently in the process of purchasing a home from Century Communities in Skye Canyon. My experience has been full of frustrations to say the least with the service that I have received. Rhonda is an agent in the office and she is THE RUDEST person that I have ever worked with. As a buyer, when I ask questions, she has told me that she " was not going to ask my question because it was a waste of everyones time", She made efforts to chastise me for changing my mind about electrical options by saying " You already had this lighting here and you changed your mind!", etc. She

At long last they have fixed my wall. What is entirely disappointing is their total lack of care through the entire process. During the sales process they came off with a take it or leave it attitude. Flooring options were minimal -- upgrades were ridiculously expensive, and due to Covid, we could not preview our options -- absolutely inflexible -- they would not even let us close bare floors! We ended up ripping out ALL the flooring and replacing -- delaying our move in by two months.

Absolutely most inconsiderate company. Their workers blast music all day long so the neighboring houses (also built by Century Community so clearly don't care about their existing customers) have to hear it. The workers leave trash all over, I have found nails and other shrapnel in my yard which can lead to injuries to my dogs and family, the workers taunt my dog over the fence. Next step will be a complaint to the city over these violations. I have called and emailed the office and no one from this company cares.

I have same experience with other reviews here that Century not refunded my deposit & the loan processor/builder suddenly asked me bunched of documents 2 hours before orientation walk, when the house not even ready. Final walk thru was 3 days after orientation walk, and rude either from their lender & builder staff.
I was able to perform, submitted all documents they needed in those last minutes. They also asked me in 2 hours before orientation walk to leave my credit cards balance in zero & do not use it at all, but they never told me before, I was totally approved 3 months before

As an update to my review, nothing has changed!! They still have not fixed a single thing. After my review, they contacted me to tell me they would schedule everything to get it fixed and I have not heard back from anyone in almost two months. It is clear this company is willing to breach their contract, and they also don't care about customers in general. I now have to get a construction defect attorney to arbitrate the issues. I would definitely reconsider purchasing a home from this builder!

Tracey is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! Avoid this builder at all cost! I jumped through all his hoops, including credit pre-qualifying with their lender, just to get more information and on their interest list. He ignored my request and questions, after doing everything he asked me. It's very sad to have someone so unprofessional when you're trying to make the biggest purchase of your life. I am now in contract with Pulte across the street and they are wonderful! You lost an A papper 20% down buyer!

Just bought 2 homes (over a million total) in Century Skye Mesa in Las Vegas. Many issues, including terrible discolored wood finishing and not aligned correctly. Their sub contractor Interior Logic Group was supposed to fix it today. They do not call on their way so my wife had to sit in the empty house for 4 hours. They never came. They did leave a note on the door saying "sorry we missed you" and said to reschedule. We called the number on their flier and it is the number to a medical facility. NOT even the right number. I wish I would have read these reviews before I decided to purchase a home from this company. I included a couple of pictures of the garage entrance to show you an example of the workmanship. The houses are absolute trash. They throw these houses together and do not care what the finished product looks like. When you try to get warranty work done, you are told that is how all of the houses are. So, basically all of the houses are trash and you have to live with it.

Please don't purchase a home from these unprofessional people. We purchased our home a year ago and I have hated every minute of it. We are still waiting for someone to come out and fix problems that had been pointed out to them. I wish they could give me my money back so I can go elsewhere. We are now in talks about selling in order to move and purchase elsewhere. My son had to get stitches in his foot because the nails cut his foot. I've called numerous times and I'm yet to hear back from anyone.

Please do NOT do business with century communities! Similar to another review before me, my husband and I qualified for a loan for a new build back in the beginning of March before the pandemic. After the pandemic hit, since we didn't qualify for the loan anymore they decide that they can go ahead and keep our deposit and the house!! We need that money for a different house! Now we're forced to accept the fact we're out thousands of dollars now thanks to century. We're a young couple with two kids! What they've done is completely unethical and I'm so disgusted by the

Is there an option to give a negative number. I bought my century home 2 years ago with a home warranty. I still have blue tape in my house from the first walk thru prior to purchase date in which Century has yet to come take care of. Pathetic company. I wouldn't allow them to build a stick man for a bonfire. They will yes yes yes and promise promise promise. Needless to say they just blow smoke. Unfortunately, I had to get a lawyer involved for warranty issues that they never came and fixed. Do not buy from Century. FYI this is a brand new community in Skye Canyon.

I would stay away from this builder. Watch them take under deliver and over promise. Move in dates were pushed back 2 months while house sat idle for weeks. Sales Rep was unprofessional and threw her own team under the bus. We lost our interest rate lock because of all the delays. House was then delivered not ready and now will the company will spend a few months in our home.
