Company promises support from within, that’s the furthest thing from the truth. Perks are good, if you can hang onto the job. I was hired as a super to finish a job. Without laborers I was supposed to make sure a construction site was clean, no show sub contractors to get the job done and Bull s*it promises by the general super. The general super can’t give attention when he has 4 other projects to take care of. Growing pains I guess got in the way. # no loyalty to employees.
