The shower tile was installed ok but there were several issues.
#1 He did not map out the tile so there was a super skinny strip at the top. Looks stupid.
#2 He did cut the tile around the curve of the edge of the tub so there was a big gap where the tub edge curved but the tile didn't. Gen contractor had to fill in the gap with drywall mud. Doesn't look right.
#3 Failed to install safety grab bars. Refused to come back when Gen contractor called him. Again the Gen contractor had to fix.
#4 Failed to install corner shelving. Picked up all tile from the store and then claimed he

I strongly recommend Epic Interiors as we were extremely satisfied with their professionalism they demonstrated during the entire job process. Proposed pricing which encompassed the job expectation from start to finish. No hidden cost or surprises to deal with. We were not only satisfied with the finished quality which definitely met our expectations. But their focus to stay on schedule and all the precautions measures to maintain an clean work environment within the confines of our home. Great work. Great price. Even better people. Joe gave me a few options at different price points. Didn't try to over do it on initial quote like most do. Extremely fair price. He and his crew were accommodating to my family's needs and even worked until 10pm one night because it worked better for us. Our kitchen floor and basement ceiling work was done very well and as promised He even ensured I looked over everything before he left. 100% satisfied.

From the initial quote to finished product we were very pleased with Epic Interiors! Very professional and a respectful group to work with. Finished on schedule, even worked on the weekend due to inclement weather. Will definitely use again for future projects. Only issue we had was breaking the news to our children that Joe was finished and they wouldn't see him in the morning!
