The Installers gave me confidence I'd chosen the right company. The finished product looks very professional. Too many installations get 95% of what the customers want, these Installers gave me 100%.
Needed air conditioning repair, reception staff was excellent, communicated clearly and arranged speedily appointment, the Tech was on time, professional, detailed and explained estimate pros and cons of possible repairs so proper choice was made and repair was completed timely and as was promised.

Five Star Heating and Air was wonderful to deal with. Lee came out to do my initial quote and was very professional. He did a great job answering my many questions about the system options prior to me agreeing to the work. Jason was the install lead who performed my whole system (gas furnace and A/C) install and was phenomenal. He did a wonderful job explaining everything they were doing, was very punctual, and was one of the nicest guys I have had to deal with. He took the time to figure out when our toddler's nap time was too so he did his best not to disturb him. I can't recommend enough Five

5 Star has always been a very professional and effective place to call. They are honest and fair. Something you value in today's world. Will never go any other place or recommend any other heating or cooling company. We have a old farm house and the furnace is ancient but they have maintained and fixed it and kept it going.

We had a brand new AC unit put in early May. The technicians did not correctly install it so it has not worked properly since being installed. We have contacted them several times to have someone come and fix it. They have sent people out multiple times and every time they “think” they have fixed it, but it still doesn’t work. For a company that does AC units…you would think the technicians would be properly trained to install it correctly. But the problem is still not resolved. Brand new AC unit and it doesn’t work because they installed it incorrectly. I do not recommend this company

Jessica in the shop have excellent customer service and made what could have been an awfully long hot weekend a million times better!! Highly recommend giving them a call next time you need anything HVAC!

They installed a furnace for me during the pandemic. They listened to what I wanted and had a clearly written contract, no surprises. I got the smart thermostat I was dreaming of. They showed me the basic setup of the thermostat. Not cheap, but it never is. They do have emergency service. Years before my new furnace, I had to work in the hospital on Christmas. I got home late to a cold house. They came and made sure I had heat on Christmas! They make an effort to send help the same day for emergency situations.

This company has really impressed me. The receptionist my have been the best face of a business I have ever encountered. She was amazingly friendly, super helpful just wonderful. Can't say the same for other local HVAC companies I have called. Garrett may be the best HVAC guy I have ever met. He explained the HVAC system in the house we were buying very well and answered my questions. The real estate agent agreed he was amazing. While today was just an inspection of the systems. I will be calling them back in the future.

My 100 year old boiler went out overnight while it was 15 degrees outside. Called a couple companies and couldn't get anyone out same day, 5 star scheduled someone to come out within hours after i called. 5 star sent Joe, who did a fantastic job, was incredibly polite, and helpful. Top notch service and professionalism. I will definitely will be a loyal customer going forward as well as highly recommend 5 star!

Live in Scottdale area.
Called in morning, someone came by noon and repaired AC (had called another company and they had a 1 week wait to even come out). Technician noticed my military service related license plate and offered me a discount. However, price seemed high to me - but I have no basis for comparison in this area.

We started using Five Star 10 years ago when they installed our heat-pump/AC/furnace combination. From the beginning they performed with knowledge, competence and great work ethic. I call with a question or issue, they answer. They work hard to keep me running smoothly and they really do treat me like family. Our furnace stopped working at 5:30pm. Thankfully Brian was available within 30 minutes to take a look. He was able to fix it and got our heat back on. We were expecting the after hours rate to be expensive but it was more than reasonable! We had a great experience with FIve Star and will continue to use their service in the future. I would encourage you to use this company!

If your having a hard time deciding on a heating and cooling company, look no further. Recently we had our heat go out in the house and Brian came right out. In the past we have used them and these guys are definitely pros. From their work down to the professionalism they all represent. They couldn't get the part at night yet were right out the next morning at 7:30am to insure we had heat. They are prompt, they do the job quickly and leave a clean job well done. Absolutely everything one looks for in a local company. Thank you Brian and team.
