Came to look at my water heater, said it needed to be replaced. Didn't offer to do the work. I bought my new water heater and called them to schedule the install. The man on the phone said he would "work me in" on Friday. No calls, nothing. I called Friday to ask what approximate time they would be there. First he said the hospital had an emergency come up and they were doing work there. Then he lied and said they tried to call me the day before. From my call records, I received 4 calls on Thursday and none were from Wilson Plumbing or anyone associated. He was vague on the phone and didnt say

I am simply horrified‼️My water heater went out, so I searched for plumber in campbellsville and found and called Wilson plumbing. They came and quoted me a price of anywhere and I quote “between $850-$900”. I had to have a water heater so I agreed with their price to do the work. First of all one of their workers removed the cover door and tossed it on the deck and instead of moving it out of the way he placed the water heater on top of it causing it to bust, but he said that it fell apart when he removed the door, the same worker torn out the frame of the door struggling to get the heater
