I was not impressed when I went to go pick up my car. I asked for a premium detail, definitely did not get my money worth. Dirt and dog hair was still left on carpeting. Parts of the car were untouched by them. Dirt was on the back exterior window. I went in to tell them after I looked at it that I was not happy with their job and they sent out a small crew to do a super fast run through of everything. The back seats were drenched with some kind of liquid. Still after I left there were smudges on windows and dust on door sides. They had how many hours to do this to take their time with it, and

I had my boss's car detailed there. I can tell you that it wasn't really all that bad to begin with but it really needed a nice shampoo and a little more TLC that I had time for. Brought it there for them to do their job and they didn't really do a great job at all. They didn't pay attention to detail left spots dirty all together. Sure it looks nice on the surface, not what a detail should be. I will not be getting anything done there again.

I can't recommend them highly enough! We are in town from Minnesota for a few days, and our van suddenly stopped working. When we called they didn't have any appointments available for two days, but when the owner found out about our situation he found a way to fit us in this morning, and recommended a great towing company as well. We had the van back by 1pm, and they even brought it to us. They charged us almost 100 dollars less than we were quoted by others as well. Customer service plus!!!
