Tom refinished our hardwood floors & was a pleasure to work with! He is friendly, informative, knowledgeable, etc. He really knows what he is doing and made sure my husband and I were comfortable and understood what the process was the entire time. We went on vacation the week he refinished the floors and he was more than willing to bring any packages inside & was kind enough to send us videos/pictures throughout the process. We didn’t even ask him to... he just did! And to top it off... the floors look phenomenal!!! Highly highly recommend!

TOM refinished an existing wood floor in our hallway, removed the carpeting in our living room and installed new wood flooring in our living.. He matched the new wood flooring in the living room to the existing hallway flooring. perfectly. It was a five day project and the result was a "work of art" Tom was prompt, informative, and professional in every way. .I would definitely recommend him.

Tom did our stairs and upstairs hallway last year and the result could not have been better. Turned out more beautiful than we expected, and we had high expectations. He also guided us in a stain color that turned out very well. We are going to do another job with him this year. As others have said he is responsive, professional, just what we want in a service like this.

We had a 13x12 room that consisted of carpet and tile. Tom provided a free in-house inspection and an extremely fair price when comparing to other local flooring competitors. He worked around our schedule and even came back the next day in the evening to provide samples to choose from. Aside from being extremely accommodating, Tom was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process and answered any questions we had.
