Like they say "You get what you pay for"
Brazos Valley removed a tree but left multiple twigs, branches and left huge dents on my grass/yard after the completion of the tree service. I would consider Brazos Valleys Tree service as a "FAIR" Service. The crew is very friendly and asked if they can do anything else for me after the service was completed.
The negative thing is that the owner is aggressive and called back trying to win the contract even if the competition was bidding the same day. Also their clean up needs some work/attention.

BVSG did an excellent job! From quote, to scheduling, to performance, to customer service, BVSG was 5 stars through the whole process.
We called for a quote and they came out the next day. They provided professional tree trimming advice on what to trim and what NOT to trim. This is actually why we went with BVSG. BVSG showed concern for preserving the longevity and health of our trees. The other companies providing quotes did not.
Their crew came out on the day they said they would and they were very friendly, but professional. They took the time to really listen when pointing out the specifics
