I previously liked them. Logan fixed an AC problem. Was fast and friendly.
But later, i needed my furnace repaired. He said he was ordering a part and it would take a few days, which later turned into the next week. After being two weeks of no call or no show, i called him. He said he would come on Thursday, which was the next day. Then he called said he couldnt come til friday. Then no show on friday. I called and he hung up on me. Called again and left a message asking if they were still going to come. By friday evening, still no call and no show.
