I just recently had my attic space cleaned from roof leak mold that allowed moisture to mold up dead birds and mice. Needless to say I haD been extremely sick for six years having not known until just recently. I am so wary of contractor work as I've had terrible experiences in the past. Unreliable. We wasted one year with Thomas Conner and his stories.
Never clear, estimates are beautifully presented, but way off reality.
He disappears, reappearing, evasive answers about timelines.
Quoted $1,800 to paint, then $4,300. We had many items repaired, he still quoted needed repair (a year later).
We sent a detailed list with photographs and spreadsheet of exactly what WE wanted. Thomas completely ignored ... ... short on time now, we will write more soon.
TOM: Both distilled white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide will do an effective job of killing mold spores in porous materials

If you are looking for a quality home improvement contractor, that is going to do the job right Banconn a call. I needed a contractor to replace floors, doors, and paint in the middle of summer when all good contractors are busy, and Banconn made themselves available to do an excellent detailed job, that not only me but my wife is very happy with. Would use this company again and again.

This is an excellent firm; highly recommended. Co-owner, Thomas Conner is knowledgeable, conscientious and easy to work with. We hired Banconn for remediation and rebuild work when our upstairs washer flooded the stairway and downstairs rooms. They arrived quickly after our call that evening and brought in drying equipment first thing next day. They came to our house every day to check on how the drying was progressing. In the process they also removed some drywall to speed up drying. They provided a quote for the rebuild which was close to our insurance company's estimate, so that made the
