The company was first started as "The Philadelphia Electrical Manufacturing Company" - "PEMCO" - in 1882 and for over 100 years was a diverse manufacturer of a broad range of lighting fixtures and poles, for both indoor and outdoor use.
In 1993, the assets were sold and a new corporation was formed with its headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. For the past 25 years, products have been redesigned and upgraded to meet today's standards in efficiency, design integrity, and quality.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst product I have ever used in outdoor lighting (in business for 20 years). Also worst customer service and warranty claim service I have ever dealt with. Please light your money on fire instead of buying from this company. You will get more light per dollar spent that way.
