This is the sort of company that lives on its reputation ( or Vermont the state?), but is no longer to be trusted for your home, at least since 2009 where I had copper gutters installed.
Expensive,but shoddy workmanship, low grade material have left me with two thirds of the system useless (not draining, downpours bursting on first snow etc...).
The company claimed that my 30 years house was the problem as its settlings causing the problem !!!
I had an engineer check on it all....he no longer recommends this company to others...
To be fair , upon my calling they came back 3-4 times....sometimes
