He did our initial termite inspection on our home, and I've now been using him since the purchase (2ish years?) every two months to keep bugs out of my home.

He follows up to let me know when my service is due, and is incredibly flexible with appointment times. 10/10 recommend this company for roach sprays, tents, and my recent experience with rodents. They made me feel comfortable and they 100% knew what they're doing.
