They come to replace my door on a storage unit I rent told me they would have to wait till I was out of unit then told the owner that I ran them of twice and they only come once to put a new door on. Would not recommend them. There response is that's OKAY the owner still likes us what a joke

I had a late afternoon garage door failure with the door stuck open. Heidi was able to send a tech out to me within 30 min. He was able to get the door closed, and then had to return the next morning with the parts to repair the door. Excellent, prompt customer service, skilled service technician Corey had the repairs done quickly the next morning. Will definitely use Vertical Door Solutions for needed service or repairs.

I'm almost 72 years old and have dealt with many businesses over the years in my various businesses and as an individual. This is in my top 3 favorite businesses of all time. Fast, efficient and friendly. We had a broken coil spring on our garage door. Trust me, you want experts to fix something like this!
What a great business model. Treat people like you want to be treated.
