This has been a great place for my husband and I to have our first storage unit. We were able to set everything up online SUPER easily and get access immediately. It's only a few minutes from where we live in southwest Sioux Falls and I really wanted it to be close but also be somewhere it isn't super busy, traffic wise, to lessen the chance of getting broken into. The insurance was just removed for the entire storage facility which kind of concerns me. But we check on things every so often and we like it.

RED Oak Self Storage is a reasonably priced, new facility with friendly staff. It is conveniently located mere minutes south of Sioux Falls, just off of I-29. From the I-29 Tea interchange (Exit 73) turn right driving west on 271st Street (Lincoln County Hwy 106) take the first right going north onto Sundowner Avenue, RED Oak Self Storage will be on your left. Make sure you tell 'em Lollene sent you!

I would never rent from this company again. The staff is very unprofessional and the units are a mess. Mud and dust make it impossible to park to unload things. The door is always stuck and I have called numerous times for help. No one ever returns your call except if they want money.
Very unpleasant experience.

Getting married and have to put some stuff in storage. Looked around and couldn't find company or location that fit what I needed...but I finally found one. Love the location. Right off of I-29(Tea exit). Very accessible to all of the units. Reasonable pricing. Going to recommend to family and friends.
