I have read some of the negative feedbacks on this Essex based company, and have to say how sorry I am to see them, because I have been dealing with them over the past 3 difficult weeks and found them all to be EXEMPLARY in ALL WAYS!
A couple of weeks ago, we here in Bournemouth needed 8 {eight} huge tree planters, they had to be square and 80cm x 80 cm! so very big ones! None of the nurseries here in Bournemouth or all of the Dorset area, could supply. So I stumbled on SUREGREEN ON LINE. There, they had just what we thought might do the job. Ordered some treated sleepers for delivery. Received an order confirmation straight away. Phone call day before the delivery was due to arrive. Morning of the delivery day I received a link to track the driver so I knew exactly when to expect them. I don’t know why all companies can’t provide this kind of tracking service. Saves chasing up trying to find out where your order is! Brilliant service and great products. Will be using again in the future.

Absolutely disgusting service. I hope this review reaches you before you place an order. I placed an order for £30. After placing the order and checking my account the next day, I realised I’d actually been charged £146!..for a single wood sleeper might I add. As I contacted customer services to cancel said order, I was told they we’re looking into the matter for over two hours. Suddenly I received an email from suregreen stating my order had been dispatched. I found this very convenient. An hour later we received a phone call from the courier who told us that the charge for what we ordered

Bought 5 Rolls of 1.0m high x 4.0m long Bamboo Screening as needed to raise fence level by around 400mm (16 inches). Ordered online for collection and although they are out in the wilds of Essex it is a very neat, well run establishment. Collected on a Saturday morning and dealt with efficiently and politely by onsite staff.
The product is as described and of reasonable quality; just be aware that the slats sometimes drop out of the wires and require rethreading.
We are very pleased with the end result using this product that came at a reasonable cost.

Customer services are absolutely appalling. Its like trying to get a straight answer from an MP. Website let me order 6 posts. Delivery confirmed for within 5-7 working days, 8 days later I email to find out when my post will arrive only to be told its a pre order and not in stock..grrrrr 3 weeks after order placed only 4 turn up.. fuming.. cheeky buggers then think that offering a 10% refund on the delivery charges (£45) is a satisfactory solution! Diabolical STEER WELL CLEAR
