I purchased some-what is supposed to be white beach rocks- from Home Depot. Boy them jokers changed colors as soon as the rain hit the rocks…
I emailed customer service and on August 17, 2021, they asked me for the receipt of the purchase. It’s now October and I’m still waiting for a reply after I sent the receipts. Bad business. While I wasn’t expecting a refund, at least give me some tips to help preserve the little bit of color o have. Especially since the rocks are less than a few months old.

This is the second purchase, through Lowes, that I have made through you guys. Things went ok the first time around, with a little confusion about how many pallets should have arrived, but we figured out that the order stated 2 pallets but the order came too me in pallet. This time around though, again through Lowes, I received a message that the order was shipped on August 16, today August 19th, and you guys found a way of "losing" my order. The folks at Lowes did the best they could with you guys and I was told that I would receive and email, and here it is 3 hours later with zero contact from

They were subcontracted by Lowe’s to deliver my landscaping rocks (I live less than 2 hours away) - @Lowe’s delivery promise was broken by 2-3 days (even after I received a confirmation that the item had shipped!) I was “mansplained” about “how freight works” and still don’t have any idea when I’ll get my order.

So I have been trying to contact this place regarding an order I placed via lowes.com. Nobody can get a hold of anyone at that place, they claimed that they have delivered my order and I am now with no money for my order and no product (See video). What bothers me the most is the fact that I had to create a time lapse to send to anyone so that they can get back with me.
