I LOVE MY HOUSE!!! We had a great time working with Jeff, crystal and Aaron the rest of the team! I can't be more happy with how our house turned out! Every step of the way we had a great experience. I have interviewed several local home builders, and Gorilla Builders definitely stands out in front of the pack. My experience with Jeff and Crystal by far has exceeded my expectations. I have personally walked a home under construction in the Dominion and their attention to detail is extraordinary. Quality people quality work! We are in the process of securing a lot in the neighborhood for new construction. Gorilla Builders will definitely be our 1st and only choice in constructing our new home.

We are certain it was the “rock solid” quality build of this home that left us with little to no issues.
Also the fact we could contact them to ask questions knowing they were dealing with their own set of issues and they quickly responded with any guidance they could give.
On another note, they not only build a quality home but their design skills are top notch.

I do not recommend Gorilla Builders. They are awful to work with, from contract to building to fixing problems and to honoring their warranty. We hired them to build us custom homes and garages and they all have issues after we moved in shortly. We tried to work out the issues with them and gave them many opportunities to fix problems they caused. They didn’t fix the problems, didn’t take our complaint seriously, and laughed at us. We had to hire an attorney and expert inspector to fight for us in arbitration and ultimately won a judgment against them. Save yourself and don’t hire this problem
