I highly recommend Bergman builders. From the first time we met them at the home show till our final reconciliation, Kurt and Stacy were there for us. They answered every question we had (there was a lot of them) very promptly even when they were on vacation. They had very good suggestions on things we should do or change when we were unsure of what to do. Kurt and Stacy were very pleasant and professional. They really go the extra mile for their customers. The employees and sub contractors of Bergman builders are also very professional and helpful. Hands down the best builder around.

After having built two previous homes, we can say that Kurt and Stacy are by far and away the best to work with. They provide excellent insights and suggestions, but are always focused on making the homeowner's vision come to reality. They were helpful and patient with us throughout the process and always worked to answer our many many questions.
We cannot say enough about their responsiveness, attention to detail, and ease of communicating with. Moving to a new area and building a home can be stressful. However, Kurt and Stacy made every effort to make the process

We chose Kurt and Stacy of Bergman Builders to build our new home for many reasons. We were very impressed with the quality of their homes when we attended some open houses. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. During the homebuilding process we found they made it easy to understand and walked us through each detail. They were very flexible and respectable with our requests and built our home just as we had hoped for without any huge surprises in cost. Their pricing and bid were nearly spot on. We high recommend Bergman Builders. We were first time home buyers (and builders) - Kurt and Stacy were so easy to work with and walked us through every step of the process. They were patient with us as we made changes to our floor plans and their knowledge and expertise with many products made choosing the right elements of our home a breeze. They are quick to respond to phone calls and emails and willing to work with your schedule to meet. They use high quality products and take pride in their work. I would give zero stars if I could. There have been four floods in my home in the five years I have owned it . Two floods were related to faulty plumbing products/installation and two were the result of faulty design and construction of the window wells. It has cost us thousands of dollars to repair and I will now take my claim to our judiciary system.

Woodfield Pointe is our 3rd 55+community. We moved from Georgia and had to do quite a bit from a distance away. Kurt Bergman is very easy to work with. Our home is everything we hoped it would be......and more. We feel it is a quality home and there were features we never knew we were getting, such as Kohler sinks and a WiFi Garage door opener!
The appliances are higher end, which we appreciate. The woodwork, cabinets and stonework are excellent quality. We have had a few snowfalls already so we enjoy having our roads plowed and our sidewalks shoveled and salted. We are not from this area of Wisconsin
