We are currently creating land/home packages that are available to our community with stress-free and affordable housing.

We were new to Asheville after living the past 35 years in Florida. When we met Paul Fedun for the first time we were "sold" on having him build our new home. We met Paul and Apex team at the recommendation of a common friend and wanted to build our dream guest house. He's dedication, hard work and eye for aesthetics made it so easy taking in consideration that we build our home all the way from Tokyo!
6 Homes being built in a cottage community nestled in the Kenilworth area only 7 min away from Asheville downtown and 5 min from the Asheville mall. Houses are built with a much desired floor plan - mud room, laundry room and 1/2 bath on the first floor with a large front porch. Master suite opens up with a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet and tile floor and shower.

Paul, CEO Apex Life, undertook a complete remodel ,from the studs up, of a 2200 sq house for me in Kenilworth, Asheville.
I am/was extremely happy with the results.
Paul is a creative solution solver and highly organized. He also possesses a deep knowledge of and experience in best construction practices. He has a group of sub contractors who did very high quality work. They knew the building codes ,including latest updates.
It was a remodel with minimum stress for me...thank goodness!!! Thanks, Paul
