Am/Pm Restoration Service

We are buying a house that had some water damage. Another competitor restoration company promised to send someone out to look at it for us. Three days later, they had not, and we had very little time left on our inspection period.
AM/PM very kindly agreed to make some time in their schedule---right after heavy rains when they were busy---to send someone out on short notice. Really appreciate their willingness to work on a tight timeline and help us out.

I had spoken to Amie who was very professional and understood my concern about the lack of insulation in my attic. I was told by another company that I had no insulation in my attic which was very concerning to me. Amie sent Sean out who took a look in the attic land discovered there was 14 inches of insulation throughout the attic. I had plenty of it. The other company was just trying to get one over on an elderly couple. Thank you Amie! I will contact your company whenever something needs to done at my home.

We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. We had a valve break in our bathroom. Waking up to 5” of water. I called AMPM and they were right there. They came in and knew just what to do. We didn’t have to worry about anything they handled I️t from beginning to end. They helped with assisting us with our insurance company and took lots of photos. Had a roof leak after roofer "fixed the roof". The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days). AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

These guys are the best in the business plain and simple! Fast response, great customer service, and efficient clean up. I'd recommend AM/PM to anyone in need of restoration services

Responded very fast, removed all the water and used huge dryers to remove moisture from the room. Event helped finding contractors to repair the walls, cabinets, etc.

Excellent service. I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone. A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, overcharged for work, tried to take advantage of our circumstances to make a few extra dollars. I would strongly recommend NEVER working with them.
