I live in Texas and visited the owners of Black Buggy Furniture in January, I must say that Reo and Glenda McBride really know their business.
It is refreshing to know that they are honest, hard-working, and go out of their way to research to meet the needs of the customer. I love their showroom and overall friendliness. I bought a lovely 3-in-1 high chair that I'd been practically drooling over for months. It is beautiful, sturdy, and all four of my children love how it becomes a rocking horse or little art desk just by turning it over.
They (and I) love showing it off to guests! The owners of this shop were kind and helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions, email me pictures (I live out-of-state), and hold the high chair I wanted until I was able to pick it up. Thank you, Black Buggy Furniture!

What is Black Buggy Furniture? Our store is a unique endeavor to the state of Oregon. Black Buggy sells high-end, custom-built furniture made from the hands of Amish craftsmen. We have a catalog of products from various states on the other side of the country. Our family credits these Amish friends and suppliers for guiding them along as business has grown.
The Amish are known for their skill and craftsmanship when it comes to making hardwood furniture. We offer a full catalog of ready-to-order pieces but if you need something special we can order it for you. Get a custom bedroom, dining room, living room, or office set made to your specifications. Give us the dimensions, description, and stain color you are looking for and we will get you a quote.
The guys that helped us out Were wonderful and really knowledgeable and we didn't up buying for any dining Room chairs. I wanna looking at ordering a new loveseat from them and 2 rockers far front porch. In its made here in the United States. The furniture is very well put together, beautiful, heavy duty.

Walked in with people wearing masks which is obviously NOT amish! The amish are not making blankets for $1,000 (yes this is a real price tag) and corn syrup products. They do not represent the amish community. Just use the name to look "trendy". I've been to an authentic amish stores in PA, and they are fair people. They would not approve this "English" store.

We went into the store back in February.
When told it would be 12 weeks to deliver a custom ordered kitchen table and chairs, we (unfortunately) ordered one. 12 weeks turned into 33, with excuse after excuse thrown at us over the entire course. When we finally had run out of patience, we demanded our money back, and were told "I am sorry to hear you are giving up when you have waited so long, and it is on its way." When it again didn't show up she claimed the truck broke down.
Glenda, the little old lady from Rainier, then said " it should be no problem selling that beautiful table from our store

I can't even put into words how truly amazing the Amish made furniture and decor and toys really are. Its a little bit of a drive but its like walking into heaven!! Jams, Salve, amazing cook books and the beat HoneyComb around! I highly recommend taking the time to go out there or visiting their website!! Thank you all for an amazing experience!
