For over twenty years, we have delivered quality heavy civil construction projects to the State of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Founded by brothers Don and Bob Voghel, MIG has become the Public Sector's Heavy Highway Construction Company, successfully completing over 160 projects since 1991.

In addition, we've expanded our pile driving services to the private building sector in New England. Many agencies have come to depend on MIG's services, including MassDOT, Connecticut DOT, RIDOT, MBTA, SSA, MBCR, DCR, ACOE, as well as local cities and towns. Our largest client is the MassDOT.

We perform work throughout the entire Commonwealth utilizing the expertise of our more than 100 employees, to deliver public project safely, on schedule, within budget.Our 2019 sales volume is over $30 million with 22 projects currently underway. Our Corporate Office is located in Acton, MA and our 49 acre construction facility, which houses operations personnel, equipment, mechanics and truck drivers, is in Westborough, MA.

Project Highlights: Complete superstructure replacement, as well as extending and modifying the existing abutments and replacement of center pier to accommodate the new superstructure. We received 100% incentive for early completion under accelerated bridge program. Extensive support of excavation systems up to 25 feet.
In 2001, MIG commissioned a 260 kw Solar Photovaltaic system for our Westborough Facility. We at MIG want to preserve our Earth and the many resources it offers. In order to do that it has been our goal to consume alternative sources of energy for our office spaces in lieu of power plants fossil fuels.
The MIG Corporation performs approximately 140,000 person-hours annually. Creating a corporate safety culture at our jobsites continues to be one of highest corporate goals. We are continually instilling the responsibility in all our employees that they have the duty to prevent an unsafe work place.
