My review:
This clown car of a landscaping service uses gasoline leaf blowers which drive my hearing aids berserk; and when within about 200 feet of my apartment, I can't use the phone they are so noisy, as they interfere with my phone calls in my office at home.
We can easily fix this noise pollution problem--At least at Park on Clairmont--with electric leaf blowers; and when I talked to the *helpful* landscaper supervisor at about 3 pm today

This has been the WORST experience I've had with any landscape company. We pay them very well and they have not delivered with any of our requests! The staff is extremely unprofessional and very unskilled! Their manager Tom is also very unresponsive and never keeps his word. I highly recommend that you DO NOT hire this company for ANY of your landscape needs!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Thank me later

F we had a choice we would NOT choose this company to service our community. Their work is subpar and not at the level we deserve and pay for. We take pride in our beautiful homes and curb appeal should meet that standard.
They butcher our hedges, cut the grass uneven and and don't blow off our sidewalks. We will no longer sit back and take this treatment.

They do our HOA and I have to say our community could not look better!! I look at the neighborhoods around where we live and there is no comparison. Grass areas are clean and edged. Bushes are always pruned and kept tight. Flower beds are beautiful and full of color!!! Highly recommend this company and their services

This company is the worst and I would not recommend them at all. Our HOA has used them for a long time but we are receiving horrible service. On November 14, one of our homeowners witnessed the landscaping crew putting trash in the tree. Instead of picking it up they was looking to hide it. Absolutely no customer service or quality control. Our HOA need to fire this landscaping company.

I started using the Greenwood Group in the spring of 2019 for chemical lawn treatment (weed control) after purchasing my house in June of 2018. Our HOA suggested them and their services are cheap ($35 per treatment for my yard which is an average sized subdivision yard). Until this year it was done by a different service. Last year, my lawn looked great, from the time I made an offer on the house in April of 2018 until the grass went dormant in November. My HOA forces us to use this joke of a company and this is the second time in less than a year that my yard has been scalped. I have looked the other way for years with the lack of edging and weeding, but this is embarrassing. Apparently cutting grass is very difficult. Luckily, our HOA is being turned over to the homeowners soon and we will be giving Greenwood the boot ASAP

I hardly ever review companies but my experience with this company has been awful. They do our maintenance for my subdivision and since they started 4 months ago have not once sprayed for weeds, trimmed the bushes, or even cleaned up after themselves. Recently, they completely scalped my lawn- I almost wonder if they even drug test their employees based on how awful my yard looks. Steer clear of this company if you want your yard to not look embarrassing!!!

This is the worst "landscape" company ever. They have no clue on the pruning of shrubs. Everything gets mowed down. I am currently home on medical leave, so I was able to catch the worker from trimming a 35 year old Azalea into a ball shape. Further, they have:
Pulled up an entire herb garden because they don't know the difference between weeds and herbs; Chopped off (literally) a gardenia in the fall, preventing it from blooming the following spring; used a weed eater on day lilies because they don't know the difference between grass and a plant; came in one day while

Ok after 2 months of using this service I have to say Greenwood has really improved. I was just having a discussion with my neighbors about our landscaping in our community and overall everyone is happy. Edging looks much neater, pine straw is now tucked in. I don't see as many weeds and I don't see a mess left behind anymore. Good job Greenwood Group! Thank you for listening to our concerns.
