My mom paid Gordon Lights to do the AV stuff at my dad's funeral this Sat, 4/20. There were several problems, all of which, whatever, I can overlook. My main complaint is that during the ENTIRE funeral, the young man whose only job was to hit repeat on the picture slideshow, sat at the front of the room, texting, bored on his phone... Are you kidding? Show some respect.... You're getting paid... To sit there and hit repeat every 5 minutes... The least you can do is not to have your nose stuck in your phone where a room full of crying friends and family is watching you play on your phone, obviously
