Water Management is critical, and Starting with a Great Design is Key. We have the most up to date practices in Water Management and Irrigation Knowledge. From Smart Controllers, Rain Sensors, WiFi Apps for you to Control and Monitor your System.
We have all necessary licenses for our area, and we carry insurance for all of our projects. We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area. Other elements of "hardscape" for your landscaping is something we can address as well.

The Green Team came to our rescue when another contractor took a huge deposit and then walked off with our money. Ben gave us a reasonable estimate, started the project on time and completed it on time. Now we have a beautiful retaining wall and stone stairwell. They do great work at a reasonable price.

My husband and I are SO happy with with our new retaining wall! We met with 4-5 different landscaping companies in Knoxville, and chose The Green Team for their quality, professionalism, and willingness to work with us. Ben was involved every step of the way, and his team does amazing work. Our wall is better than we could have imagined. We'll be hiring them for all of our landscaping needs in the future. Can anyone explain to me why the tree service that has been asked numerous times not to park in the street because you cannot get by is still in the street. They have caused issues for the bus drivers and… today here I sit. Waiting for them to get it together😡😡😡😡😡😡. Thanks Green Team Lawn and tree service Do you see the ditch. Now imagine trying to get by that. They were upset with Elementary school bus driver because he would not walk the lengths of all their equipment and leave bus unattended to ask them to move.

Over 2 years ago, Ben did some landscaping work for me. He removed a bush that I did not ask him to because "he thought I wouldn't want to keep it." It actually was a gift from a dear friend. He tried to replant it, but it died. At the time, he promised to replace it if it died. After OVER a year of begging him to replace it (he kept saying he… was too busy or would never respond), I told him I would pay someone else to do it and he agreed to reimburse me. I have sent him invoice several times over the last two months and he won't respond or reimburse me. I am not one to post negative reviews

Green team needs better management, I was planning on becoming part of the team but apparently Ben Jones seems to be having a hard time paying employee's for the hours worked. I was driving an employee/friend to work for about 2weeks and Ben Jones did not pay him for 2 days of work and that was about 2or3 week's ago and he still hasn't paid him. I… also have other friends who have not been paid for hours worked from the previous company that Ben Jones owned/operated. Green Team could be a decent place to work if employee's could get paid on time for the hours they have worked.
