Basements/Rec Rooms - Convert or upgrade your basement into a habitable, functional living space. Decks - Simple repairs, tear out or new deck using conventional materials or new-engineered and designed products. Porches - Repair to additions or closing off an existing porch to a comfortable 3 seasons room or all seasons room.
You can use a rough figure of $38.00 to $65.00 a square foot for basic basement finishing 1000 square feet of larger. You will see some internet sites quoting lower rates and you will get quotes across the board from many local contractors, but after doing and seeing hundreds of proposals in the last few years $45.00 is about the average.

Shawn, is amazing with what he dose. He helped us last year after no show appointments with many other companies. Fixed a patio door after a different company left us a hole to the outdoors, siding, trim, and drywall. It turned out like nothing was ever cut away and actually better with materials that he used to finish the door.
We have contacted him for another much larger job on our new house and I imagine I will be just as fantastic of a outcome.

I would never, ever go anywhere else. I know that they will always provide an honest assessment and their staff have incredible work ethics. I found them to be honest, and their integrity was bar none. But, better than all that, it was like working with a family member who cares about you and what your needs are. Highly recommend.

Called for an estimate on replacing a basement window. I could immediately tell the guy was irritated, as he kept huffing through the whole conversation. Apparently, my job wasn't big enough for him to care about. He gave me the run around but I knew he was looking for an excuse not to do my job. I politely told him that it sounds like he wasn't interested in my job so I wouldn't waste either of our time anymore. He didn't try to refute anything or so no, I want to help. This is poor customer service at it's best. So glad he didn't offer to do the job. I wouldn't want someone with so little consideration

We needed our Bathroom tub walls redone and Shawn gave us a way better quote than other companies, he even put a contingency in there in case of mold and it was still a better price than other companies. Well... there was mold on top of an electrical wire near the pipes and the bathtub walls done all types of wrong, not to mention that the piping was so old and difficult to replace. It made the job a lot more difficult than it needed to be. Despite all of the issues Shawn pressed on and did nowhere near a great job, he did a PHENOMINAL job, he even raised up the shower head which was nice since

Very rude people I would never recommend them to anybody. I called to get a quote I had all measurements of the deck I wanted. and the guy asked if I was calling around to get the best quote when I said yes he said ok bye and hung up very rude if you treat people like this why would people want to have you do work for them please don't call these people not worth it

Freedom Builders did a fantastic job on my project from start to finish. Our project was a full gut remodel, 2 full floors, and then they had to stabilize the support beam in my basement. The project was completed on budget and in the time frames discussed. The entire experience was exhausting to say the least, living in the house under construction, we are so thankful that we hired Shawn Warren. He was definitely the right person for our job and became family while working on our home. Thanks Shawn.
