As far as employment the absolute best turf company to work at. Not only do you get a company vehicle to drive home once you gain enough experience to become a yardner we also get a company phone. Two weeks off at Christmas. Paid. Most of the time not working when it rains. And they don’t overwork you. Best turf company to work for in North Carolina hands-down. I had nothing but problems with Eastern Turf Maintenance. They wouldn't show up when scheduled. I had to call multiple times and get them re-scheduled. When they finally came out and sprayed for weeds, the weeds were untouched. There was never any signs of any type of weed control, even after multiple visits.

Eastern Turf Maintenance was the fertilization service being used at the home we recently purchased and moved into. Our lawn had been without service for months before the house was sold, and weeds and brown spots quickly started taking over. We resumed service with ETM and are amazed at how effective just one or two treatments have been! Great communication, competitive rates, and reliable.

I have been using ETM for years. I felt the service was a good value (compared to maintaining the lawn myself), and overall I was satisfied. 3 times over the last 1.5 years a service was performed just before a major rain (last time with the hurricane rain coming through past week). . When I requested the service to be redone, I was told everything is rainproof after 2 hours, so all is good! Really, with 2 inches of rain.??? Anyway if that is the case, I should be told not to mow the lawn for 2 weeks, so that at least the product can be absorbed in the soil and grass .... I feel EPM is getting

When I bought the house, the yard was beautiful. By the end of the summer, I'd switched from riding mowers to the Husqvarna automower, which kept the yard evenly cut. This yard should not have failed.
My main issue here is how I saw writing on the wall and asked the company for help. What I constantly got back was "You're being too apprehensive," "people freak out all the time," and "Just wait, the grass will get better." It's almost May and my neighbors have great-looking yards while mine is in shambles. I am terribly dissatisfied and disappointed

We used Eastern Turf Maintenance for a couple years and were very pleased with their service. We recently moved and wanted to continue our service at our new home. However, after multiple attempts to get a quote and establish service, we never received a call back. I also reached out to a manager to express the fact we wanted to continue our business with them, but NO ONE EVER CALLED back!! We had no choice but to find another option for lawn maintenance.

We struggled for years with yearly weed/lawn control and aeration/seeding. We would spend tons of money buying all kinds of products and try to figure out when to put it down ourselves. It was a lot to keep up with, and then we’d have nothing to show for it because our yard would still look about the same. I finally decided to hire someone to do this and chose Eastern Turf Maintenance after a neighbor’s recommendation. After one full year of service, our lawn has improved so much and we didn’t have to go through the stress and hassle. ETM is affordable, has great communication and service

I used Eastern Turf Maintenance for two years. After the first year I saw way too many weeds. The service summaries were always about fertilizers and not about pre-emergents or weed control. When I asked the technician to treat weeds I got the answer of if you maintain a healthy lawn that's the best solution. After speaking with the company they convinced me to stay on one more year - they'd be giving the lawn more attention. Year two is worse than year one. Called and cancelled today.

Only a few treatments in but this is the greenest my grass has ever been after a few years of self-treatment. I went from having a tough weed problem coming from the neighbor's yard to NO WEEDS at all this year. I plan to update my review after the full season but so far very happy.
Pricing-wise - I have a small yard in the front and unfortunately hit the minimum price for treatment. My back yard is a mess (used to be gravel parking and full of junk.) I asked if they thought I could rehab it and they gave me the honest assessment that it was the wrong time of year and that most landscapers

Eastern Turf Maintenance does a wonderful job of keeping our property looking great, green and weed free. The property is over two acres and most of it is grass. The aeration and seeding is a big job, but their service is very thorough, and the price is very fair. Albert works closely with us to be sure that the lawn stays looking great. Started using Eastern this spring. Below are my before and after pictures. I have never had the weeds and brown patch like I do now. I spent many hundreds of $$$$ for a mediocre service. Pictures speak for themselves and yes we have an irrigation system and only water in the early AM. My neighbors with no lawn service have far better looking lawns.

We use Eastern Turf to maintain our lawn. We have requested several times that they get rid of weeds that are growing in our lawn but always get an excuse that they cannot do it at that time because of time limitations. The only thing positive we can say is they do notify us when they are coming for a treatment.

The service I received on January 25th was excellent. The individual who did the treatment to our yard was excellent. He was very thorough in his application of the liquid fertilizer and treatment for weeds and was helpful in answering questions I had regarding my lawn. I have been extremely pleased with the lawn service from Eastern Turf Maintenance.

This company started my lawn care a little over a year ago. Since then my lawn has looked much worse then before I made the call for help. Another thing that has pi**ed me off was the fact that I only paid for 1 year of service. Well while I've been out of town they did 2 treatments without me knowing and charged me $76. The snarky secretary I spoke with told me that it's at the bottom of the bill (in small print of course) that if we don't cancel they continue the service. Asked her how many customers they get money out of using that technique and she couldn't respond fast

We've been using Eastern Turf Maintenance for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the service. Our lawn was really struggling before - brand new house / lawn and we had many weeds and patches. Our lawn now looks amazing and no weeds at all. Decided to use Eastern Turf based on a neighbors recommendation, boy was I mistaken... Though e neighbors yard does look very nice..
The price is pretty reasonable.. Did the 6 application plan and had high hopes... Our yard was in decent shape... Though we have 2 dogs that have done a little damage (wasn't looking for that area to be looking great)
The problem was after the 2nd application I started noticing weeds (dandelions) and crabgrass...also noticing brown and dead spots and was giving them the benefit of the doubt based on the rain...I was like what is this.. This can't be my

We have a new baby, so I don't have quite the time to put into my yard as I would like. We paid up front for lawn care service that included spraying for weeds, fertilizing, and basic lawn treatments throughout the summer. They would go several weeks between any service/treatments and only call an hour or so before hand when they did come out. A set schedule would have been nice. They failed to kill any weeds and continued to fertilize them which overran my back yard and its starting to look really bad in the front.
