I worked with Anthony in Sales and Adam in financing. They made the process simple and easy once we agreed to terms and Adam was able to give me insight on a lot of things that will benefit me. Every time I go to med center Mazda, the staff are always so professional. My service needs were well handled. I like that I got an inspection and was able to have repairs done in the same day. It would have been good if I received an estimate for the inspections. Other than that, I was pleased with the level of service that I received.

It was an excellent experience. Shelina helped us tremendously. She had the vehicle we were interested in ready for us when we arrived. After the test drive we purchased the vehicle and it was the best and easiest purchase we have ever had. Todd in the business department helped us thru financing options and warranty choices. I have had a long standing problem with my brake rotors. The initial service visit for this issue was with another Mazda service center (Trussville, AL - now a Hyundai dealership), and they didn't do anything to fix the problem ... other than taking my $100 warranty deductible. Med Center diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Braking is now smooth as it's supposed to be; no more severe vibration whenever the brake is applied. Great job by the service technician in getting this repaired. The service representative handling the visit was great - kept me informed of what was going on.

Great dealership, that truly wants to satisfy the consumer. I had a problem initially after the purchase. I waited a couple of weeks to see if there would be a correction. There was none. I reach out to the General Manager Chris Martin and explained the situation. I email him on a Saturday night not expecting a response until Monday. Not only did he respond the same night after 21:30, he also reached out to his staff the same night to get a resolution. Visited Med Center Mazda to look at a used van I had seen online. Initial contact was with Anthony by phone. He was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival at the dealership I was treated kinda like royalty even though I was only interested in a $15,000 used vehicle. Med Center Mazda has recently gone through a huge renovation. Gone is the garish orange and green. It's been replaced by a sleek black and white design. Inside, the space feels like a corporate event center with numerous glassed in conference rooms. It's a huge step forward for the most part but it feels like you've walked into the set of a Stanley Kubrick film. Add a milk bar or a chimp smashing bones and the look would be complete.

Yes, one of the best car buying experiences. Honest and trustworthy. 100% had your concerns and made the customer feel like they were important. This is the most honest and straightforward car buying experience that we have ever had. We located a hard to find model at Med-Center, which is 400 miles from our home. I negotiated the entire deal with Matt through email, including our trade and financing. Once the deal was agreed upon, Joey jumped in and made sure that all of the details were handled for our arrival a few days later. Took my car in for a recall on a Saturday. No one seemed to want to bother. Not particularly friendly or welcoming. Family has bought 3 Mazda's in the past, but nothing about this experience made me want to come buy a car there again. Service staff and greeting should be at least halfway friendly. I purchased my car back in 2014 and still go to the dealership for routine maintenance. I had an appointment at 730 a.m. and turnaround was decent for a Saturday morning. Mr. Barry is always helpful and pleasant to work with. All seems to be well with the oil change and rotation and balance of tires.

So my wife and I just replaced both of our cars with two CX-9s. This was a great experience for both of us. Great customer service when we bought our CX-5. They didn't pressure us or stalk us around the dealership as we looked at various vehicles. Our sales man was great took us on as many test drives as we needed without complaint. Came back to get our first oil change (free first oil change!) and the side window deflectors installed. It is a bit of a drive to come here, so if the customer service wasn't so nice, we wouldn't come here for our service needs. My experience here at med Mazda was a great one I had to bring my car in to get my breaks fixed and I didn't want to take it to just anywhere one of the guys at the front desk was very helpful and showed me where to take my car to get it serviced. Even with an appointment you'll still be wanting a while. I ended up wating for 3 hours on my car but besides that everything else was great. I would suggest to make an appointment in the morning when they first open

They offer the best prices, always have everything in stock, and offer free [and pleasantly surprisingly fast!] shipping on orders over $100.
