Our planned service agreement (PSA's) for residents in the Lawrence, Ottawa, Baldwin City, Kansas, and surrounding areas, can keep your system running at peak efficiency all year long and is tailored to fit your individual needs. Once enrolled, one of our trained professionals will inspect, clean, adjust, and lubricate your equipment.

A&H Air Conditioning and Heating removed and disposed of my old HVAC system and installed a new Carrier AC and a new Carrier Furnace. The HVAC technicians that installed my new Heating and Air Conditioning system were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my new system and answered any questions I had. The new system looks great and is working fine with no problems. Worse experience of my life with this company. Ripped me off for $612.00. Put on a part which they charged me $480 for and then caused my compressor to blow up. Proceeded to tell me that they'll sell me a new a/c unit for $4200 and take the $ off for the part. Refused to refund me for part that was on the a/c unit for an hour before it blew up. No compasation for ruining my a/c unit. Told me I could finance a new unit at the rate of 17.9%. Wow...don't call this company if you want your a/c fixed.

A&H installed our HVAC system and plumbing when we built our house 10 years ago. We contract with them for the semiannual maintenance. All technicians have been very timely, friendly and professional. Very open and honest on any issues found and options for fixing them. Bill does a good job educating on products and making recommendations. Office staff have always been friendly and helpful scheduling appointments and verifying Warranty paper work. Recently had an outside unit go out. Worked with Bill on repair vs. replacement cost and unit recommendations. The price quoted was price paid. Technicians

I have a sunroom that was always heating up or freezing the rest of the house. Bill recommended a Carrier mini split with 2 heads. One in the sunroom and one in an attic room. Amazingly efficient and low cost to run. Now I’m sitting comfortably in the sunroom all year long & the installation looks like they were mounted as original construction.

We've been using A&H's service since we bought our home 5 years ago. We had to purchase a new A/C unit in May and we had great technicians and a great experience. While we were waiting for the new unit to come in they came by and installed a window unit so that we would be more comfortable. A&H is very helpful and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone!

Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.

Had them due work on a drainage problem from the washing machine. It took two times of them coming out to fix it right. Then the valve going into the washer started spraying water. I called and they claimed they did not touch that valve which is right behind the washer and I would have to pay them to come out after hours. Called aqueous plumbing be was there in under 15 minutes and didn't charge a thing.

A keeper. I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace. The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it. After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it. So I called A&H. The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.
