We've had these guys come out twice in the last few months. Scheduling was quick, Anthony came and fixed our broken spring and some other issues. Then the other door wouldn't open, we needed a new opener. Matt came and installed it, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a tutorial on how to use it and it's capabilities. Both guys told us about some things to consider updating in the future but didn't push for it to happen that day, which I appreciate. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys!

The expert from The Door Man came and did a complete tune-up of my old garage door, and installed all new weatherstripping on all sides. He had all the materials and tools with him and it was accomplished in an hour. This was way more convenient for me than trying to find the right parts and futz around installing them, and experiment with making tension adjustments. Will definitely use again.

One of the two springs on my garage door had broken. I called Door Man and received an estimate for repairs and an appointment for that afternoon. Received a call from Randy telling me he had a cancellation and repairman could arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. Repairman was clean, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and wore a mask. He showed me another broken part on the door and other operating issues due to my lack of maintenance. He was very eager to do a good job but instead did an EXCELLENT job. I'm so glad I called The Door Man.

I was got up very early yesterday morning, to prepare for a work-related trip in a few days. This trip will leave my family at home. For some mysterious reason, one of my garage doors opened on it's own, in the middle of the night! Of course, I was concerned for the safely of my family. I called The Door Man and explained the situation, and it's urgency. They sent Matt over first thing today (while I was still in town). Matt was great. he diagnosed the issue, and another issue. He was professional, and gave me options, including guidance on how to keep the problem from happening again

My garage door broke for the second time. First time using The Door Man and spoke to Randy over the phone to set up an appointment. Randy followed up with me from the start to finish. One of the crew members came right on time and got me all hooked up. After fixing the door, he took the time to actually demonstrate how I should be maintaining my garage door in the near future. Will definitely use The Door Man again! Well, hopefully my garage door doesn't break again. Lol

Replacing a garage door is never fun. Randy at The Door Man made it as simple as could be. I could not have asked for a better experience during this process. My garage door had been unmaintained for 15 years by the previous owner and I got the gift of replacing it. Luckily, Randy was fantastic. He kept in contact (which is HUGE for me), was super friendly, explained everything to me, offered all options, etc. On the day of the install, Mat joined Randy and was fantastic as well. I called on a Saturday to get my Lift Master garage door opener fixed which had a broken circuit board. I explained the product and the problem.
They got me an appointment Monday afternoon to do the repair. Once they arrived they explained that to replace the board would require sending away for the part and the cost of Installation would bring the cost to about $325.00. They recommended that a new unit be installed as it would only be about $150.00 ($465.00 and $65.00 for a keypad since the old one of another brand will not work) so I agreed. However, they do not carry Lift Master

Very very happy with their work! Randy spent a lot of time explaining the difference between a few different brands to make sure I picked the correct one. Joe was the one who came out to install the garage doors and not only did he do a great job, I felt very comfortable with him at my home alone with me and my daughter. (Even to the point where I had to leave my house for a bit and trusted to leave him there alone). Although they weren't the cheapest, for a little bit extra, I got amazing service. Joe also went over with me how to oil and keep my new garage door so it will last longer.

Our springs broke on our garage door. I called Door Man and they showed up in about an hour and a half. David and Randy fixed the springs, put on better rollers and serviced the door. They showed me their concerns with our current set up and gave suggestions. Explained what to watch for and prices for future.
They were done in a short time and we are up and running again. I'm so thankful that we were able to get the Door Man here! We will definitely be using them again in the VERY near future as we will be replacing our system soon.
