After 12 hours and $1000 which was extreme to me already, my $800 TV was broken due to the movers. After I called to see if it can be replaced, the owner has a way of making you feel bad and even worse, making it seem like it was your fault that they broke the TV. I do appreciate him answering the phone but this has been a terrible experience for me. I did get $200 from them towards a new tv after the rant about how their insurance deductible is more than the cost of the tv. I ended up having to get a less quality tv because just like the move, the 12 hours, the $1000.... I just wanted to get

You get what you pay for. Two seemingly nice older men make up this moving team. They're service includes a truck and two guys for $70 an hour, 3 hour minimum. Super affordable, and recommended to me by a storage place manager.
I hoped for the best. They move really slowly, and require much direction if you want things done right, but it's impossible to be in two places at once to watch them both. They ride the clock. What should have been a 3 hour move took easily 5 hours...!
Some things definitely got broken. No white glove service here. They will act shocked when things are broken
