When I called, I was given a price of $70.00. When the locksmith came, he charged me $100.00. When I called, they denied even coming to unlock my car stating that I canceled service. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! A-Z stated that I called other locksmiths, however, I ONLY gave the address to A-Z. I STRONGLY recommend that nobody uses this company again.

I waited over an hour since I placed my call, and had to call back to make sure a tech was coming since still hadn’t heard anything from someone in over 20 minutes. They came, barely even tried any other options and charged me an insane amount to destroy my doorknob/lock and an even more insane price to put a new one for me! I was so very frustrated and annoyed with the whole process. Never had to use a locksmith before and wish I had had the ability to “shop” around but there is not always that luxury, but if I need a locksmith again, I will not be calling this company for the job.

I needed an upgrade to the locks for my front door. Al came out and installed the deadbolt that I had purchased, but he recommended that I return the other lock for a different model, given my configuration. It required a second trip on his part to install the second lock once it arrived, which he did with no additional charge.
