We are currently licensed in 21 states, and with our NCARB accreditation, are able to receive licensure in other states quickly through reciprocity. The staff seemed entitled (especially the receptionist), and acted like they were doing me a favor just to deal with me. I never even got to the prices or to fully explain my project. It only took a few minutes for me to get the message that they would rather not deal with me. I took my business elsewhere.
Update: I was contact by Ethan who actually remembered me and my experience, and has assured me that they had addressed their customer service environment via retraining and staffing changes - I sincerely hope so!. I am not in the market anymore for their services anymore, so I cannot comment
