Hired them to clean gutters in Fall. They informed me I had a clogged downspout. They refused to unclog it. They told me to call and make ANOTHER appt and maybe they could come back out around SPRINGTIME. Sorry, but professionals would not leave me with a clogged downspout and flooding gutter on my 21 ft tall roof for 4-5 months. I would have happily paid extra, but i was told they would not be able to clean it on this trip. I hired another professional who had it unclogged in 15 minutes. He was APPALLED that a company would do that to someone. Needless to say, I will not be calling Grand View
