CGC is involved throughout the lifecycle of the project including, market research, site selection, design, development, and construction of RLC's all-inclusive independent living apartment communities. Founded in 2002, the communities developed by CGC are among the highest of quality in the nation.
Communities offer spacious studios along with one, two, and three bedroom apartments that feature full kitchens, spacious closets, and open living spaces. They also include recreational amenities, such as 150-seat state-of-the-art theatres, a Main Street full of vendors with services, a billiard room, library, and a full gym with a steam room.
