In 2013, Eric, John & Tammy met and quickly became friends. The friendship led to a business partnership. John & Tammy's business experience along with Eric's passion and knowledge of the window cleaning industry, make this partnership the perfect fit. Excited to grow a new business, they co-created Advanced Window Cleaning.
No matter the size of your commercial or residential property, professional window cleaning can be an excellent investment. Your quality of life can be improved immensely by having clean windows. At first, you might be thinking, "how is that?" Well, clean windows can greatly improve the ambiance of your home, allowing more sunlight in during the fall and winter months which saves money on your energy bill.
We offer professional gutter cleaning for Grand Junction residents and business owners. By removing all the debris that builds up in your gutters and downspouts, it helps prevent water from backing up and damaging your facia and foundations. With the Basic Package we hand scoop the debris out of your gutters, bag it, and remove it from your property.
Soft washing is done using low pressure (less then 500 PSI) and special tips that widens the spray which drops the point of pressure. So its is like giving your home a bath, cleaning the siding without damaging your siding. We use eco-friendly soaps to gently clean the exterior of your home. Unlike pressure power washing, soft washing does not damage the exterior coatings of your home or chip away the paint.
For our residential customers we offer driveway, sidewalk and pool deck cleaning. With this service, we use high pressure to remove oil, grease and potted plant stains, to bring the look of your surfaces back to life again. It's a natural process that building surfaces fade over time and it can be expensive to replace them.

Love my windows. We got the inside / outside windows cleaned and the tracks and screens. We have a large house and Amelia did a fantastic job She was very nice and professional. She also did a soft pressure washing on our house and it looks great. We will be using Advanced window cleaning every year for our house and business.

This is the first time that I have ever used a professional window cleaning service. We still had construction grime in the tracks of our sliding glass doors after six years in our home. This is one reason why I decided to go with the platinum package. Dylan arrived on time and took great care to leave my windows, screens and tracks looking like new.
