I MUST SAY THAT I CALLED CHARLIE AT JCT GARAGE DOORS, HE CAME OUT TO INSTALL MY KEY PAD AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ON TIME. THE SERVICE IS 5 STARS. IT TOOK HIM 10 MINUTES. We decided to check out JCT Garage based on a referral. JCT Garage's estimate came in several hundred dollars lower than the company we hired before, and it included a better motor. Charlie reviewed all our options during the estimate so we could decide on door color, motor size, remotes, etc.
Charlie installed a whole new system, and even reused a couple steel bars from the old door to strengthen the new one. When the remotes weren't working properly (wouldn't open the door from the outside) he came back out to replace a part at no charge, now it's all good. Very professional and great experience

Charlie was absolutely FANTASTIC! My garage door spring snapped in half and would not allow myself to lift the garage door open. My vehicle was stuck until I contacted Charlie at 7:30pm and he was fast to respond to my location first thing. He completed the work and installed a second spring for safety reasons. He also corrected some other issues he noticed while conducting the original request. My hat is off to you Charlie. Not only is he knowledgeable with years of experience. I called JCT on a Sunday morning as the spring and several other related pieces had broke trapping our cars in the garage. They were out the same afternoon, extremely honest and explained everything to me. Fair prices? Most definitely, I will be referring them because these guys are still our hometown neighbor doing good honest work for fair prices guys.

Had these guys come out because my garage door had springs replaced by another company a year prior, and the springs were dying already. JCT came out right away and explained to me that the other company had used the wrong springs for the size and weight of my door! They explained why the new springs were dying and everything I wanted to know about how springs are selected and installed so I understood what was wrong with what the previous company did.

Our garage door had been sounding noisier than usual and upon closer inspection I noticed a crack in one of the panels. When up, the panel was bowing down. I called these guys and Charlie came out same day to have a look. He did a great job explaining how the door works and what would happen if we didn't get it fixed. He also let us know how we could temporarily fix it and why that would wind up costing us more in the long run. Anyway, we decided to replace the whole door, including the motor (the noise wakes our daughter up daily) and were so relieved at the total price. Totally affordable
