I got a referral to Outdoor Designs and Robert Wilkerson to fix a drainage issue at a vacant house I am selling in Knoxville. He called me back immediately and was able to start the work within a couple of days. That was important because heavy rains were coming and we needed it done ASAP and another company wanted to schedule 2 months out. Robert met us at the house and explained in detail what needed to be done. It was a process that required a few days of work but he kept us updated with photos and was available to answer calls/texts in between. I don't live in Knoxville so the photos and texts

Critical: Responsiveness
I called to have my irrigation system repaired on 4 different occasions. I called outdoor design because they placed the system for the previous owners. Never received any call back, totally unprofessional! Might be the answering service they are using, regardless very frustrating.

I had an Incredible looking lawn for the 1st several months. The trouble started when I developed a few problem issues and could not receive timely communication back from the company. Now, I can not get calls or text returned. The company is knowledgeable and capable, however it is disappointing to have no customer service.

Matt and his crew have been great to work with and have done a fantastic job. They are quick to respond and have gone out of their way to make sure out ongoing landscaping and yard work is done perfectly. The other day he even sent someone over to my house, no charge, to check on the progress of my lawn renovation.
