I called these guys mid morning needing help on my 16’ overhead steel door, he asked a few questions and my address. I didn’t know if he’d be out that day or the next. I told him we’d be gone for a little to run some errands. I called other companies and they couldn’t come for a couple days and some never called back. When we returned from town the door was done and like brand new again. I love guys like this as they have no excuses and only solutions! I highly recommend this company!

I am just so impressed with this company. They replaced my garage door motor about 6 months ago at a very reasonable price. Last week my garage wouldn't open. I called them and they were at my house within two hours. The torsion springs needed to be replaced. The serviceman knew exactly what to do and had the parts with him. Amazing service especially during a pandemic. I will always recommend them.

Amazing service, extremely knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment the following business day from my phone call and within minutes he had isolated the problem and had the parts on hand to fix it. Not only did he fix the broken part but he serviced the rest of it and now it's quieter and smoother than before.

Thank You for a job well done. I waited 2 days for another Maui Garage Doors to show up - and after the 3rd delay I called your office. You answered the phone on the first ring, you understood my issue and you had someone at my house within 2 hours. An hour later, he was finished! I needed to measure the dimensions of the springs ahead of time but with that info you were able to ensure you brought the right replacement parts with you. Fred is the man, professional in every way, someone who understands good service.
He helped me to bring in the garage door my wife really wanted. He provided great advice on some of the elements of the door that we knew nothing about.
The price was also outstanding, the competitors were not even close.

Hale Ka'a Doors was able to schedule the service the same day we called. Another vendor would not have time for us for about 10 days! The service man was prompt, polite, obviously knew what he was doing and made that awful grinding, scraping noise stop completely! Great job! Great employees! We will definitely use them again!

They are not only a true craftsman in their profession but life savers with out having to ask for it. I didn't have to say how I was in dyer need because my spring on my garage door broke with my car stuck inside. Once Alex heard my spring broke on my garage door he took the initiative and asked me to take photos from the inside showing my garage door and the spring w measurement of the garage door and they did a same day service. 5 Stars! This is easily the company to go with for a new garage door. Came highly recommended by our contractor and some neighbors. Federico, the Hale Ka'a owner, met us here the day after we called him to take a look at our old door and showed us some beautiful options for a new one. He even drove us around the neighborhood to show us several different styles, some of which he had installed. That was a Friday and on Monday our new door was installed! Super fast and friendly service and price was good too. Had a last-minute emergency with our garage door and needed a whole new one. They were able to accommodate a same day garage door and stall. The owner and installer were wonderful to work with. Installer was super friendly and a great job and cleaned up everything nicely for us. Would highly recommend these guys.
