They promised great service and great quality for a premium price. They provided poor service and a final product that was not what we had discussed and did not fit the opening they personally measured. They trashed the room trying to make the incorrectly measured door fit. Assuming we did not speak Spanish, the installers openly discussed how the boss told them to "just make it fit."
