Very good experience. Edgar is so responsive and professional. He confirms appointments and goes out of his way to give excellent service. My insurance didn’t cover mold remediation because my unit had been vacant for more than 30 days. His prices were better that others that I spoke to. Other trades he connected me with were polite and professional. The price he quoted was the same at the end of the job. I recommend this company.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Edgardo and the guys from On the Map Restoration for years. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a big leak from my AC drain line that resulted in water going underneath my floors, baseboards, and door frames. Best experience I have ever had with a service company. On the map was on time and very professional. I had called them about water damage that had occurred to my dry wall and roof on the first floor of my home , they were very thorough on identifying my problem and guiding me through the proper steps to fix my issue. They even sent me a file with all the pictures they took of the the water damage and their findings. Will definitely use again.

I highly recommend On The Map Restoration. I had a water leak in a guest bathroom that spread into a closet and the garage. I was worried the damage spread behind the shower, but on the map was so knowledgeable as to the issue they were able to remedy it without having to damage the bathroom. They were incredibly responsive and left the problem areas clean and dry.

Can we give more than 5 stars? Since the start speaking with Edgardo was easy. He was responsiv, explained the process and was super professional. We found the price of the work to be very reasonable for the scop, not to mention how detail oriented they are to finish the work timely and leave it cleaned up! Can't recommend enough - definitely will use when needed and recommend their services blindly!
