Kenny Nelson has been a builder all of his adult life. He started with a family owned company in California called Lucerne Valley Construction in 1977. In the many years he worked for Lucerne, Kenny learned from the ground up every stage of quality construction in both residential and commercial construction.

Nelson Construction LLC, can take your residential, shop, or commercial building from concept through design, engineering, permitting, all the way to completion on time and within your budget. We can erect any type or size of steel building whether it's "Red Iron", "Miracle Truss", your building or ours.
KNC has experience in all types of foundations, from large commercial to small residential. Our price will prove to be lower than our competitors because we own all of our equipment including back-hoes and bob-cats, to our hydro-concrete pump and concrete finishing machines. You can count on the experts at KNC for placement of concrete, steel reinforcement, and high quality concrete finishing.
Before I started on our planned construction, I collected the names of three contractors from friends, business referrals, and the Pahrump Valley Times. I checked each contractor through the Nevada Contractors Board, on-line. I also interviewed the three contractors and got quotes. From there I selected two contractors, and visited a least 2 of their completed projects.

To be perfectly transparent, I want to say that I did not have work completed by this company. I did, however, contact them via Yelp to inquire about an estimate for two buildings on a property in Pahrump. They responded SO quickly! Unfortunately for me, they must do terrific work, because they had a 6-8 month window through which they were totally booked. They did, however, provide me with a referral to another company, which worked out great.
So while I didn't have the pleasure of doing business with KR Nelson, I CAN say that their customer service was exceptional in my dealings with them!
