HORRIBLE!!!!! The owner Adam is just awful. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom and he cut corners everywhere he could. Not at all professional and he never knew what was going on with all the outside contractors he hired to do the actual job. He was never on schedule and acted like he was doing us a favor and working for free. We decided to go with him because he is local and wanted to support local businesses but what a huge mistake. Left the job unfinished and we had to hire someone to finish the work.

Was disappointed with the customer service here. My husband and I were looking to put LVP or Laminate in our home. I was having a tough time finding what I wanted and every time I went in the shop it was like pulling teeth to get someone to answer questions or even point me in the right direction of the product I wanted. People were friendly in saying hi, but not very eager if you needed them for questions. It was like they were rushing through assisting me and not really hearing my questions. I'm not sure if I looked "too young to afford nice flooring" or what, but it's like they didn't take my

Originally APW flooring did a Great job.
But Recently I needed to have My floors
Replaced in my Living room Due to my dog.
They came over and gave me measurements
And a price Quote.
(1) - they wanted to Replace my whole living room ( which I did not need)
Took pictures of the floor and knew what they
Were
Getting into, Contractor came And Left
I would never use them Ever again,or recommend them

From start to finish, these guys were excellent. The Contractor, Jay Jones, walked us through the process of what to expect.
OK, this is something very important to me. Most of us do things day in and day out which may seem foreign or even esoteric to some. I don't do tile work. I didn't know what to expect.
Jay lined out what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. I appreciate expectation management!
We are very happy with the results and have already contacted them for flooring!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company and the entire crew. We recently did a remodel of a cottage and garage apartment on a beautiful piece of farmland we just purchased in Angier. They handled everything from floor to ceiling and did it seamlessly and so quickly. Every person that had a hand in this was amazing to deal with and had such attention to detail. Adam Raynor runs a great company and Leah was a Godsend in getting things done quickly and perfectly for us! Can't wait for our next project with APW!

Recently, my husband and I hired APW to complete a full house renovation: paint, flooring, countertops, cabinets, bathroom upgrades, etc....They were phenomenal. They were on time, finished promptly, never tried to upsell us,. Whenever problems arose, they quickly explained them and potential solutions. We spent quite a few exhausting Saturdays hunting the area for quality flooring at a competitive price. A neighbor of ours mentioned that she used APW for her new flooring and was very happy with her decision and highly recommended them. Hearing this, we decided to check them out. We were met with fast, friendly service from a knowledgeable and attentive staff. We went over their selections, asked a ton of questions and were given a few of showroom samples we liked to take home to see how they'd look with our furniture and lighting. The flooring we selected was FAR superior to what it replaced

APW installed vinyl in my master bathroom. When I visited their showroom, I was greeted by Linda. Linda was prompt to show me their vinyl. When I decided on the vinyl I liked, she was quick to give me an estimate and let me take the vinyl home.
When I called her and told her I wanted to purchase the vinyl, she was prompt to come to my house and measure. I chose a pattern that looked like planks. I informed Linda I wanted the vinyl installed with the planks horizonal and not vertical (vertical was the intent of the manufacturer).

They were absolutely amazing!!! They did an amazing remodel, William was one of the most kindest workers I've dealt with , he really cared about our satisfaction, his partner Justin as well! Everything was done in a timely manner, Anytime I had a question or concern they were quick with a great response and gave me confidence the job would get done just as needed.
