I called American Air at 8 pm when our AC stopped working and they had a service tech out to our house the next day. Nick explained everything to me as he was checking for the problem. He was very professional and even explained all of our options for an upgrade in the future! We will certainly be calling them for all of our HVAC needs!!

Our A/C quit working after hours on Friday and they had a technician here within 45 minutes. Not only that, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care to make sure everything was working properly, and even better than before it broke. I will definitely call American next time I have HVAC needs.

Thank you Mark & American Air! We discovered that the capacitor in our A/C unit had stopped working today, and it’s nearly 100 degrees out. The temp inside our house had reached 84, it’s a Saturday, and it’s after 5pm…we weren’t sure if we’d find help without it costing us a fortune. Thankfully, Mark came through for us, and we were able to fix our a/c quickly and affordably. I would highly recommend them for your Heating & Cooling needs. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I are very pleased and satisfied with our new air/furnace installation, that America Air installed for us yesterday. We had 3 different estimates, American Air was our pick. Very friendly and honest, company. Mark always answered every question my husband had and took the time to explain his answers. When the installation was finished, Jeff sat down at our kitchen table and told us everything we needed to know about our new system. American Air is who we will keep for all our furnace/air needs.

I was calling around to get bids on a furnace/air conditioner replacement. I had never heard of American Air but they had great reviews. Mark came out and gave me the bid. He answered all of my questions. This past summer was hectic for HVAC people and American Air was no different. They keep me posted on when they would be out to install mine. My current system was running so there wasn't a big hurry. The day of the install Jeff and a helper (can't remember his name) came to do the install. Both were very cordial. I had offered to help but they told me they would take care of it and they did.

I wish the team at American Air did more than just heating and cooling - I'd hire them for all my needs! They replaced our AC unit a few years ago and just replaced our furnace today. We absolutely LOVED our interactions with them each time. Customer service focused and just all around good people. Jeff was thorough on install and took the time to explain how everything worked once he was done. AND left the work area cleaner than when they arrived! I just can't say enough good things about them. HIGHLY recommend - you WILL NOT be disappointed!!

My furnace went out last Tuesday, I called on Wednesday, a technician came that day, went over the issue, making sure of what the issue was. Turned out it was a mother board and gas valve bad, I had to talk it over with my husband, and we decided to have the furnace replace. Of course, it was right before Christmas. The owner called on Christmas eve, and we set up a day and time to have a new furnace installed. Jeff and an assistance came out, they were both very knowledgeable and polite. Got the new furnace installed. Made sure I was comfortable with what they had done. Great service.

Just had Dane come out and have a look at our unit. I was very thankful he came out on a Sunday when no one else could make it out. He was very honest and straight forward and was very nice. He didn’t put any pressure on us and let us make our own decision.
I spoke with Mark the owner and he was also very kind and understanding. Even though American Air usually doesn’t service in Missouri they still came and helped me out. I can see why they have a perfect 5 star rating. Look forward to them installing our new unit.
