This is a very professional service. I was warned by the technician that the key might not work since I didn’t bring the vehicle in to the shop and when it didn’t he came to our house and fixed it without service charge. Locked out of house...was quoted 79-120 over the phone. They arrived in 10 min but charged 144 for a basic handle unlock not deadbolt, done in 3 minutes. I was happy they arrived quickly but not the increase in price. I didn't argue as I was freezing locked out in my slippers & pjs...I was at their mercy.

Critical: Professionalism
Called to get a quote to get a buzzer installed. Gentleman was here for 10 min and charged $75 for the service call. He said he would send a quote and never received it. I texted him twice with two different emails and never got the quote. Wasted $75 and will never use again.
