This is quite straight forward really. I bought 2 12volt dc extension cables.
They broke as soon as I plugged them in which is annoying and shouldn't have happened.
I sent a couple of photographs showing the break. They wrote back immediately and said they would refund purchase price and postage. We're only talking $25 but it was all done in under an hour so I'm okay with that. 4 stars because they fixed the issue quickly, not 5 because the parts did break. Thank you.

I received a set of Jeep grip handles from this company as a gift. When I went to install them, there were two driver's side handles in the box. Under the circumstances, I didn't have the original order number, just a photograph of the two left handles from the box. The issue was a packing problem directly from the manufacturer, but even with pictures, they wouldn't help. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience. I purchased rgb halo headlights directly from them despite the reviews because I had heard good things from the jeep community on social media. BIG mistake. I didnt even open the product because I realized i order blue which is illegal in my state. I requested a return which I had to explain myself and answer all there questions for. Then paid shipping to send it back (also paid shipping with purchase) then they charge a 15% restocking fee which is ridiculous considering I have been the one to have liable cost not them. They never refunded me. I had to contact them to tell

I ordered a set of RGB headlights for my TJ and the passenger side started to flicker so I was sent a new headlight and it was still flickering and was told by customer service that they can't send me a canbus box and the new headlight should of fixed it. Now I have to go spend more money on new headlights from another company so I won't get pulled over again for flickering headlights. I highly recommend not buying from this company and going somewhere else.

After purchasing both the LED headlights and fog lights for my Jeep and having them professionally installed, I immediately had issues with the light system. After contacting customer service to explain the issues that were occurring as well as sending photos, it was determined by Xprite that there was a defect in the control box. After back and forth, Xprite finally sent me a new control box. When I received the replacement control box, it was apparent that it was completely different than the one that came with the original set. In June of 2019 I bought their RGB Halo lights and fog lights. With in 7 months the control box that controls the colors went out. I called and they were great at sending me a replacement it looked like it was a refurbished one, then 6 to 7 months it to went out again. I called to see I could get a replacement for it. They said since it's out of guarantee they cannot help me, I asked if I can just buy the control box and they said they don't sell the control boxes. So I'm being forced to buy a whole new set of lights or go with another company. Not a happy camper..

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. Placed my order for a hood on 10/19/2020 for my Jeep Wrangler. On 10/27/2020 I received the hood and it was the wrong one. I reached out the same day and sent over pics the same day. They didn’t pick up the hood for return until 11/11/2020. Through all of this, I had to keep calling and emailing about my order. I practically was begging for an update on my order. I finally received my order on 12/2/2020. Through all of this, I asked to speak with upper management countless times and never once did they callback. I asked what will I be compensated for waiting

Ordered some foot-pegs for my Jeep. I got the tracking notification immediately says labels created. After 8 days or arguing to why it never shipped. They finally shipped it. Blaming it on USPS and COVID. I had ordered and received numerous packages from other companies in between. So it was xprite who never shipped it. After leaving negative feedback on them. I get a call from customer service offering me a measly $8 if I would write a positive review on them. Insult by rude Customer service and delayed package and they want to buy my positive feedback.

So this company has horrible customer service! I received a chase light from them for Christmas as a gift. I went to install it over the weekend and noticed they had got the wrong light combination. I don't want to get hassled for having blue lights on my chase bar. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal I would just exchange it for the correct light combination. So I tried to return it through amazon because that's where they bought it but it had been over a month so they wouldn't except an exchange. So after all this - the owner stepped in and agreed that this whole thing was ridiculous and not only refunded the stocking fee but also (and more importantly) changed the policy.
The CS people were following a terrible policy and the good news is this review and my chargeback made it's way to leadership and they realized its a bad policy.
I agree if they send the right then and I return I should be charged restocking - but if they send the wrong thing ... come on.
I am not committed to yet restocking their products - but the truth is I just might.

Came here for a parking lot sale because my boyfriend was looking for some new lights to get on his car. The workers were really nice and helpful with any questions he had. There was a lot of stuff on sale and some pretty cool stuff to choose from. We found what he wanted quickly with the help of the employees and were out of there in 20 minutes or probably less. I thought it was pretty cool that they test out the lights prior to the purchase to ensure they work properly.
